When you register to be an Affiliate in the Affiliate Program Felizia.co (\"Program\"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (\"Terms of Service\").<\/p>\n
Felizia.co reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any new functionality that augment or enhance the current Program, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to these Terms of Service. The continued use of the Program after any such changes shall constitute your consent to the same.<\/p>\n
The violation of any of the terms will result in the cancellation of your Account and loss of any affiliate commission will be accumulated. You agree to use the software at your own risk.<\/p>\n
Age:<\/b> You must be at least 18 years old to participate.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Location:<\/b> There are No geographic restrictions; you can participate from any part of the world, provided that the activity is legal in your jurisdiction.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Identity:<\/b> You must be a human being. Do not allow accounts registered by \"bots\" or automated methods. You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address and tax information required.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Safety:<\/b> You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Felizia.co will not be responsible for losses arising from their lack of diligence on the security.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Uniqueness:<\/b> It is not permitted to maintain more than one account per physical or legal person.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Fair Use:<\/b> You may not use the program for any purpose that is unlawful or unauthorized, always complying with the rules of the EU and of your country of residence.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Affiliate code:<\/b> You will be assigned a unique code. You can use the links and banners provided by us following our guidelines.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Special Links:<\/b> For the system to record the sale, you must use the \"Special Links\" are provided. Comisi\u00f3n del 40 %. Frecuencia de pago quincenal. Pago m\u00ednimo para retiro de 20 \u20ac.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Tier 4 \u2014 Elite:<\/b> Aplica a afiliados con m\u00e1s de 6.000 ventas acumuladas. Comisi\u00f3n est\u00e1ndar del 45 %. Comisi\u00f3n ampliada de hasta el 50 % en caso de vol\u00famenes mensuales excepcionalmente elevados y previa aprobaci\u00f3n expresa por parte de Felizia.co. Frecuencia de pago semanal o seg\u00fan condiciones pactadas individualmente. Pago m\u00ednimo para retiro de 20 \u20ac.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Las comisiones del Programa de Afiliados se calcular\u00e1n sobre el margen real obtenido por Felizia.co en cada venta v\u00e1lida, entendi\u00e9ndose como el importe efectivamente percibido por la empresa una vez deducidos los siguientes conceptos.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Impuestos indirectos aplicables (incluyendo, sin limitaci\u00f3n, IVA u otros tributos similares).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Comisiones y cargos de pasarelas de pago o entidades financieras (incluyendo, sin limitaci\u00f3n, Stripe, Alipay, WeChat Pay, tarjetas bancarias, transferencias u otros medios de pago).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Costes directos de generaci\u00f3n del v\u00eddeo o del servicio contratado, con independencia de la tecnolog\u00eda utilizada.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Gastos t\u00e9cnicos u operativos imprescindibles para la prestaci\u00f3n del servicio.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n El porcentaje de comisi\u00f3n correspondiente al tier aplicable se calcular\u00e1 exclusivamente sobre dicho margen.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Felizia.co no estar\u00e1 obligada a revelar al afiliado el desglose interno detallado de dichos costes, sin perjuicio de que el afiliado pueda consultar en su panel el importe final acreditado por cada venta.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Dado el car\u00e1cter digital y personalizado del servicio, una vez iniciado el proceso de generaci\u00f3n del v\u00eddeo no existir\u00e1 derecho autom\u00e1tico de reembolso.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n No obstante, en caso de resultado defectuoso o insatisfactorio derivado de errores t\u00e9cnicos o limitaciones de los sistemas de generaci\u00f3n, Felizia.co podr\u00e1, a su sola discreci\u00f3n, generar un nuevo v\u00eddeo sin coste adicional para el cliente o proceder al reembolso del importe abonado.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n En caso de reembolso, la venta no generar\u00e1 comisi\u00f3n para el afiliado o, si ya hubiera sido acreditada, ser\u00e1 descontada del saldo pendiente.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Independence:<\/b> You and Felizia.co are independent contractors. This agreement does not create any relationship of partnership, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Transparency:<\/b> You may not issue press releases or misrepresent your relationship with us.
