Purpose of the treatment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In <strong>felizia.co<\/strong> we treat the personal data of the User for the following purposes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Provision of the service of the generation of images or videos using artificial intelligence (AI).<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The User upload a image and the platform generates a visual content tampered with or derived (\u201cGenerated Content\u201d).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This treatment includes the sending of temporary files to external providers of infrastructure and rendering AI, needed to run the process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Management of the relationship with the User.<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Attention to inquiries or incidents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To send information on upgrades or maintenance service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Safety and regulatory compliance.<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prevention of illicit uses, abuses of the system or breach of third party rights.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compliance with legal obligations arising from the RGPD, LOPDGDD and AI Act.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Data processed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To provide the service, <strong>felizia.co<\/strong> it may process the following data:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Image or media file<\/strong> provided by the User.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Technical metadata<\/strong> associated with the processing of the image (size, format, date of the upload).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>IP address<\/strong> and data connection (required for the operation of the service).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>E-mail<\/strong> or session id (if the User is logged in or communicates).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>felizia.co does not request or sensitive data other than those that are strictly necessary to generate the content.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Assignment and transfer of data to third parties<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.1. When the servers of these providers are located outside of the European Economic area, we will ensure an adequate level of protection by the signature of <strong>standard contractual clauses<\/strong> approved by the European Commission.<br>5.4. <strong>felizia.co does not sell or lease personal information to third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Period of conservation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>The original images and the generated files will be automatically deleted within a maximum period of twenty-four (24) hours<\/strong> since its initial processing, unless the User specifically requests their conservation or there is a legal obligation that requires you to keep them for a longer time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical records or metadata (logs, ids, server errors) may be retained for a maximum period of <strong>30 days<\/strong> for the purposes of security and maintenance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The data of contact or communications with the User will be kept as long as there is a contractual relationship or until you request its suppression.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. In compliance with the <strong>Regulation (EU) 2024\/1689 (AI Act)<\/strong>the content generated by AI may be <strong>labelling or marking digitally<\/strong> as the \u201cContent generated by artificial intelligence.\u201d<br>9.3. The User consents that their image may be treated by means of automatic processes of AI with this purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10.
